Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at doctortherental@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items (unless defective)
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
